Think Of The User Experience

Since your web site is the central hub of all your marketing communications activities, it should be approached from the 'user experience' perspective.

Content is king is the mantra many people read about when they really delve into formulating a strategy for their web site.  Think like the visitor.  What information would I like to have or can you think of information I NEED to have when evaluating your business or organization.

When you approach your web site strategy from this point of view you'll find that visitor feedback will be positive.  Too often sites are built with 'sale only' in mind.  However, if you EDUCATE your visitor you'll find that business will result.
